  • In Transit: Package en route to your location

  • Returned to Sender: Package returned to us (multiple failed attempts)

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS & GUIDELINES

Delivery Address

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide complete and accurate shipping address including:

    • Complete street address with house/flat number
    • Landmark (highly recommended)
    • City, State, and PIN code
    • Mobile number (mandatory for delivery coordination)
    • Alternate mobile number (recommended)
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the package during delivery hours

  • Provide clear delivery instructions if needed (gate codes, building names, etc.)

  • Verify PIN code serviceability before placing order

Important Notes:

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes
  • Incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays
  • Incorrect addresses may result in return to sender
  • Address changes after dispatch may not be possible

Address Modification

Before Dispatch:

  • You may modify your shipping address

  • Provide order number and updated address
  • Modifications accepted until order is dispatched

After Dispatch:

  • Address changes are generally not possible
  • Contact courier partner directly with tracking number

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically make 2-3 delivery attempts:

First Attempt:

  • Delivery attempted at provided address
  • If unavailable, notification left with contact details
  • SMS/call notification sent

Second Attempt:

  • Reattempt delivery next business day
  • Customer notified via SMS/call

Third Attempt (Final):

  • Last delivery attempt made
  • If unsuccessful, package returns to sender

Failed Delivery Reasons:

  • Recipient unavailable
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Refusal to accept package
  • Unable to locate address
  • Premises locked/closed
  • No response to calls

What to Do if You Miss Delivery:

  • Contact courier partner immediately using tracking number

DELIVERY ISSUES & RESOLUTION

Delayed Deliveries

Common Causes of Delays:

Non-Delivery Issues

Package Marked Delivered But Not Received:

Damaged Package

If You Receive a Damaged Package:

  • Take photos/videos of damaged packaging
  • Take photos of damaged product (if any)
  • Note damage on delivery receipt (if possible)
  • Refuse delivery if package is severely damaged

DON'T:

  • Accept delivery without inspection
  • Discard damaged packaging
  • Wait too long to report damage

Reporting Damage:

  • Provide order number
  • Share photos of damaged package and product
  • Describe extent of damage

Resolution Timeline:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • We initiate damage claim with courier
  • Replacement shipped within 3-5 business days
  • Full refund if replacement unavailable

Wrong Item Delivered

If You Receive Wrong or Incorrect Product:

  • Do not use or remove tags from the product

  • Provide photos of received item vs. ordered item

MULTIPLE ITEMS & SPLIT SHIPMENTS

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES & RETURNS TO SENDER

Reasons for Return to Sender

Packages may be returned to us if:

  • Package unclaimed from courier office
  • Address inaccessible or non-existent
  • Recipient not available despite attempts

RTO (Return to Origin) Process

When Package Returns:

Your Options:

Option 1: Reshipment

  • Update correct shipping address
  • Reshipment arranged within 2-3 business days
  • Additional shipping charges apply (unless our error)

Option 2: Refund

RTO Charges:

  • If return due to customer error (wrong address, refusal, unavailability): Customer bears return shipping cost
  • If return due to our error or courier error: No charges to customer
